#ALLTHINGSPLANTS VILLAGE (In the middle of Williams Park, by the Fountain – Map Location: 09)

The #AllThingsPlants Village has been reduced this year due to both distancing, and being unable to have food and drink inside Williams Park. You’ll find plants & planters + plant-based skincare and other plant-related products inside the Park (click here to view Vendors List). You’ll find the plant-based food and drink vendors on 2nd Avenue.

FAMILY VILLAGE (Nearest 3rd St N – Map Location: 07)

Alas, due to the pandemic many of the engaging family experiences usually found at Localtopia are not possible this year. However, we have added some more street fun that can be enjoyed at a safe distance. Look out for stilt walkers and street statue.  In Williams Park:  The Family Village, although reduced this year, still features vendors offering products and services for our local families! Look out for the Come CampOver “Family Collective” with its fun set-up and unique items for sale featuring: Artists on a Roll | Come CampOver | Music & MeSaint Pete Yard Cards | Sunshine City Colors On the grass in Williams Park: St. Pete Fight Team will also be on the grass in the Family Village area doing demos. On the other end of 3rd Street (nearest 2nd Ave N), you’ll find the Literary Corner with book and letterpress vendors + you can have a poem written for you by Gios_typos. All along 3rd Street your whole family can learn how to keep it local & green by connecting to our earth-friendly vendors. Listen to live music, hoop and dance the day away by the Bandstand – all from a safe distance.

ON 2ND AVENUE N (Map Location: 04)

Here’s where you’ll find ALL of our food & drink vendors this year, in addition to the food trucks usually found in the “Food Truck Rally Alley” on 4th St (Map Location: 02): “new to Localtopia food trucks” will be on 2nd Ave N + restaurants, beverages, sweet treats, and other eats. *** NO EATING & DRINKING ANYWHERE EXCEPT FOR THE METHODIST CHURCH’S PARKING LOT AREA OFF OF 2ND AVE N *** In order to keep everyone as safe as possible, the only area where you can remove masks to consume food & drinks is the Methodist Church’s parking lot area off of 2nd Ave N. ON 3RD STREET N (Map Location: 06)

3rd Street is where you’ll find Boutiques, Shops, 1 of 2 DJs at this year’s festival (Stephen Delano McFarlane of STUFT Gourmet Foods), our Literary Corner, Skate, Street Fun, and more (click here to view Vendors List)

NEW ARTS AREA on 2nd Avenue North between 2nd  and 3rd Streets North (Map Location: 10)

Our New Arts Area will allow you to experience street art from a safe distance. In addition to the CARMADA Art Cars you’ll find on the street, you can watch one being live painted by artist, JUJMO. You can also shop for art from the nearly dozen artists on this newly-added street, as you listen to DJ rogerthomas (click here to view Vendors List)


The Welcome Center is where you can purchase KSPL Merch. As the “Command Central” for the festival, it’s where volunteers check-in, you can get more info about the festival and KSPL, etc. Listen to live music on the Williams Park Bandstand. (click here to view the Bandstand Lineup)
