The Welcome Center is where you can purchase KSPL Merch. As the “Command Central” for the festival, it’s where volunteers check-in, you can get more info about the festival and KSPL, etc. Listen to live music on the Williams Park Bandstand. (click here to view the Bandstand Lineup)
Special Valentine’s Day Experiences:

- Help paint the special “Community Mural Project” led by Phi Phi Artland. This is your chance to help create a large-scale public artwork that celebrates creativity, culture, and community.

Each booking is for a 1-hour painting session, where participants paint alongside Sara Salem, Muralist & Art director, and fellow community members. No experience is needed—just come ready to contribute and have fun.
What to know before booking:
* Each 1-hour slot is limited to 10 participants to keep the experience engaging and well-organized.
* Children under 18 are welcome but must be registered using their name and age and be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
* Guardians must book a spot in the same 1-hour slot.
* Please book one slot only, so as many people as possible can participate.
* If plans change, participants are asked to cancel at least 6 hours in advance so someone on the waitlist can join.

FAMILY VILLAGE (Nearest 3rd St N – Map Location: 07)

- Buy one Valentine’s Day card from the students at the Indi-ED booth, and they’ll make and give one to a foster child or senior in St. Pete
On 3rd Street (nearest 1st Ave N): The NOMADstudio Art Bus will once again be joining us at LOCALTOPIA! Their mission is to bring art to all. Have fun painting the bus on 3rd Street! In Williams Park: Shop from our amazing vendors, and check out the providers offering services for our local families! Curl up in The Story Garden’s “Book Nook” and Read Local. On the grass in Williams Park: St. Pete Fight Team / St. Pete’s Best Summer Camp & After School will be on the grass with a play area/obstacle course for families and kids to have fun! Get your faces painted by Glitter and Giggles. On the other end of 3rd Street (nearest 2nd Ave N), you’ll find the Literary Corner, where you’ll also have a Custom Typewriter Poet + more Poets on the opposite corner. All along 3rd Street your whole family can learn how to keep it local & green by connecting to our earth-friendly vendors. Listen to live music, hoop and dance the day away by the Bandstand with Hoola Monsters (click here to view Vendors List). On 3rd Street (nearest 3rdAve N): The Marine Exploration Center will have a Traveling Aquarium with Touch Tanks for all ages! In the Health & Wellness Village – check out the shows by Underground Cirque, featuring aerialists, acrobats & more! Also, look out for stilt walkers, and other surprises!
