ARTS VILLAGE (Nearest 4th St N – Map Location: 01)

This year’s Arts Village champions local female artists working in a variety of media—from painting and paper craft, to weaving, pottery, and yarn spinning. The Bluebird Books Bus, in collaboration with the St. Pete Women’s Collective, will guide visitors through hands-on zine making at the SWAP station, and more interactive art is planned!  Come join us to celebrate these St. Pete artists in our cozy craft sanctuary.

The Arts Village features 20+ vendors including artists, makers, arts & community organizations (click here to view Vendors List)

*NEW* ECO VILLAGE (Nearest 4th St N – Map Location: 10)

Our Sustainability Partner, the St. Pete Eco Village, will have several demonstrations. They’ve facilitated the set-up of a vermiculture (“composting”) machine on site (corner of 4th Street and 1st Avenue North – in the Food Truck Rally Alley) and will be instructing attendees on its use, as well as how to compost at home. *** KSPL is not only committing to eliminating single-use plastics and Styrofoam at the event, we have gone one step further by doing a bulk-buy of compostable items for vendors to use, so that festival-goers can compost on site. *** SPEV will also be demoing solar technology, aquaponics, and more. They’ll have kids activities and craft projects focused on eco-friendly concepts and outdoor education + giveaways. You’ll find two of their Tiny Houses on display on 2nd Avenue North, which you can tour – one at the corner of 3rd Street and one at the corner of 4th Street. SPEV organizaed St. Pete’s 1st Tiny Home Festival and aims to become the 1st Tiny Home Community in the city. Our partner, the Suncoast Surfrider Foundation, will also be present to educate our community on how to “Rise above Plastics” and become more ocean-friendly. The newly-launched, Tampa Bay Water Keeper, will be sharing information about how to protect and improve our watershed. The Eco Village also features vendors with repurposed, upcycled, eco-friendly items. The Eco Village is located next to the expanded Health & Wellness Village. You’ll find more eco-friendly vendors all around the festival (click here to view Vendors List)
